Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Perspectiv (perspectiv.ink), operated by Perspectiv LLC ("Perspectiv", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable.
What Perspectiv is
Perspectiv is a search engine that helps people discover tattoo artists through the artists' publicly available work, and links back to each artist. We are not a party to any booking, payment, or agreement you make with an artist, and we do not vouch for any artist or client.
Using the service
- Use Perspectiv for its intended purpose: finding and connecting with artists.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell our index, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use Perspectiv to harass artists, to misrepresent your identity, or to claim a profile you do not control.
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Artists and their work
Artwork shown on Perspectiv belongs to the artists who created it and is displayed with attribution and a link back to its source. We claim no ownership over it. Artists can claim their profile to edit it, hide individual photos, and can have their profile removed at any time by emailing support@perspectiv.ink. If you believe content on Perspectiv infringes your rights, email us with the page link and a description and we will act promptly.
Claimed profiles and accounts
Claiming a profile requires verifying that you control the associated Instagram handle. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you add to your profile and for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or remove accounts or profiles that violate these terms.
Content you submit
If you add text, links, or images to a claimed profile, you confirm you have the right to publish them and you grant Perspectiv a non-exclusive licence to display them on the service for as long as they remain on your profile.
No warranty
Perspectiv is provided "as is". We work to keep results accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that any artist information is complete or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Perspectiv LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any interaction or transaction you have with an artist or client you found through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is zero.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time.
