Data Deletion

You can have your data removed from Perspectiv at any time. Here is how, depending on what you want deleted. Every request is completed within 30 days, and Instagram-connected data is removed immediately.

Disconnect Instagram

If you connected Instagram to claim your profile, you can revoke that connection two ways:

• In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and Websites → Perspectiv → Remove. Instagram notifies us and we automatically unlink your account and delete the stored Instagram user ID and username.
• Or email support@perspectiv.ink and we will unlink it for you.

Remove your artist profile

Whether or not you ever claimed it, you can have your profile taken out of the search index entirely. Email support@perspectiv.ink from your account or with your handle and we will remove it, no questions asked. Claimed artists can also hide individual photos from their dashboard.

Delete your account

To delete your Perspectiv account and all associated data, email support@perspectiv.ink from the address on your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion.

Confirmation

When a deletion is triggered through Instagram, Instagram receives a confirmation code and a status link from us. For requests by email, we reply when the deletion is complete.
