Tessa Simmons - Tattoo Artist is a tattoo artist in Columbus, OH whose work centres on fine line. Flowers, leaves, fish and sword come up again and again. The forearm and the shoulder are the usual placements. There are 36 healed pieces in the set, not just fresh work.
