Gen Li is a tattoo artist in Orange, California whose work centres on realism. Realism is the one style that runs through the portfolio: 244 of the 520 pieces on Perspectiv carry it, and no other style shows up consistently. Roughly 84% of the work is black and grey and the remainder is in colour, most often dark red, coral and navy. Angel, anime character, bird and cross come up again and again. Most pieces sit on the forearm or the shoulder. There are 483 healed pieces in the set, not just fresh work. Portfolio last updated August 2026.
